Pulling an All Nighter

It's 5:30 am. I went to bed at about 11:45. Nathaniel woke up at 1:45...and never went back to sleep. I'm reasonably sure the he hates me. I tried holding him, putting him in bed with me and Ava. Putting him in bed with Mark. Giving him a bottle. Letting him hang out in the living room or awhile. Giving him orange juice. Tylenol. The whole nine yards. Finally, I decided to let him cry it out-- He decided that he could crawl out of his crib. Fabulous. Thank GOD that I heard the thud, b/c I'd left his door open and the gate at the top of the stairs was NOT closed. He just finished smashing bananas onto the table. Then tried crawling on top of the table. And I am ready to kill myself. Guess I'm off to get ready for work. Joy!

OMG! Not fun! I am so sorry! Drink that caffiene today for sure!

Zack has not figured out that he can even attempt to get out of his crib. It is on the lowest setting and the railing comes up to his chest. I'm hoping we can leave him in there until he's three!! :-)

wow, you and me both. London is going through the same stuff. Not to mention that Lily is FINALLY going to sleep with only panties and no pull-ups, which means I get up around 5am. every third night and change the sheets and wash her off so she won't smell like pee at school. It's a battle every night just to get her to stay in the bed, we start at 8 and end around 11. All the good shows just started on TV so I haven't gotten it under control yet b/c the commercials are just too short. Don't judge, it's my only somewhat "me" time left in the day:) lol This just started and I hope it's only a short phase. Good luck today ang. BTW is Ava going on the field trip to the fire station or is it only for the 4 and 5's?

It must just be for the 4's & 5's. I haven't heard anything about it. I'm volunteering to help out with her Halloween party. Are you doing the Halloween party? I wish that we could go to the Fall Festival today, but I must work. Boo!
