Ava's 1st Day of School

Today was Ava's first day of school. She did great! Daddy dropped her off and Mommy picked her up. Her only complaint was that the teacher had vacuumed the carpet. She was very excited about the artwork that she'd created and getting to eat her lunch at school out of her super-cool 'Camp Rock' lunchbox.

I had to send Daddy to drop her off because I knew she'd have a meltdown if I went. With my new job though, I get to pick her up each day. She was in pre-school last year too (for part of the year anyway) so the whole experience isn't completely new.
She's already brought home a cold! Ug.
